Yes, the tool paginates through all publicly available top-level comments. If you enable Include Replies, it also pulls reply threads. Note that comments hidden by the channel owner are not available through the API.
When ON, each user enters the draw only once even if they posted multiple comments — fair for most giveaways. Turn it OFF if you want each comment to count as a separate entry (e.g. "1 entry per comment" contests).
Type any word or phrase (e.g. #giveaway, I'm in, done). Only comments whose text contains that phrase (case-insensitive) will enter the draw — perfect for ensuring entrants follow your rules.
YouTube's API only returns comments that are public, not held for review, not deleted, and not from disabled channels. If a video has comments disabled, the tool cannot fetch them.

Data source: All comment data is retrieved from publicly available YouTube comments using Google's official API. We do not bypass any privacy controls; comments that the creator has hidden, or comments held for moderation, are not accessible.
